STOP IT!!

The Gang rape of Delhi ignited whole world, the justice is still pending. But I just read 10+ news regarding rape at different places in Chhattisgarh & other parts of India. Nothing is changed till now even after the death of that poor victim. That case has become an agenda for political parties as they are just doing  bombarding on each other to prove themselves perfect & existence of their party. No one is interested to use his power & strength to make justice as soon as possible, so that the hang till death punishment to the accused will make other social stains to be frightened of committing these types of crimes again in future. Now this is the time when we adopt some punishment systems from Arab countries. If anyone found guilty in rape case immediately make him impotent after that he must be punished according to the consent of our honorable court.

What the hell is happening in our country? Neither there is impact of police nor hope from the government to take necessary steps to remove these crimes so that public specially girls, women can feel safe in our country. If this time also even after such a worldwide protest nothing is done by the government then these conditions will tend to the revolt like in Libya & other uprooted dictatorship.

ये कविता समर्पित है सिक्किम की सुन्दर घाटियों के बीच से निकलती तीस्ता नदी के लिए ,नदी जिसे हमारे देश में माँ का दर्जा  देते हैं क्योंकि ये निस्वार्थ होकर हम सबका ख्याल रखती है। जहाँ से ये गुज़रती हैं वह सब हरा भरा बना देती हैं। सबकी प्यास बुझाती हुई ,पंछियों के कलरव को जीवित  रखती हुई ,किसानो की थकावट मिटाके उनकी मेहनत को उनके चेहरे की हसीं बनाती हुई बहती है। जब मैंने तीस्ता माँ को उन घुमावदार और विषम रास्तों से स्वच्छंदता से बहते हुए देखा तब ऐसा लगा  तुम बस अपने आपको बिना बदले अडिगता से बढ़ते रहो रास्ते कैसे भी हो मंज़िल आपकी आपको ज़रूर मिलेगी।   लेकिन इस कविता में मैंने उनके सौंदर्य और मनभावन गुणों को शब्दों में उकेरने की कोशिश की है।   अगर आपको महसूस हो तीस्ता माँ का ममता भरा बहाव तो सूचित अवश्य करें।  दिनकर जैसे ओज से निकली ,वो मस्ती और मौज से निकली।  बहती तीस्ता लगती जैसे ,बेटी पिता की गोद से निकली।  बलखाती ,इतराती ,इठलाती ,अविरल बहती जाती।  चलो मेरे संग मस्ती भरके ,जैसे  कहती जाती।  कही...
