Nothing is impossible

This is the story of October 12th 1492 when Columbus discovered America.

Columbus took 17+ years to plan his voyage. He argued with Sailors, king, scholars   about his weird voyage. He told “ I know that anyone who start his sea voyage towards west, he would find that land which is unseen by  Europeans.”Everyone who listened laughed so hard at him. Eventually, King of Spain keeping faith in him, provided everything with ship to start his journey. Columbus crossed number of  seas, he discovered new islands, countries & returned back successfully. People treated him as Hero of all the land & organized a party in his owner. All of them enjoyed & listened his travelogue.

On the other side Some people who were jealous of him seeing his honor & success. They  made fun of him saying “What did he do? It can be done by any sailor.” They asked to Columbus “Dear whatever you discovered in your voyage is not a great achievement. Any sailor can do the same if he starts his voyage. This the easiest thing to do.”
Columbus smiled & take a pause then he picked up a boiled egg in his hand & announced “ Is there anyone in this hall who can stand this egg up without any support.”

Those guys came ahead & tried so hard. No one in that hall could do that & shouted in the same pitch “It is impossible.”

Columbus took that egg in hand & struck  the egg on table in the fashion that it’s hard cover cracked a little bit. The egg stood up just after that.

Columbus said “ I don’t think there will be anything easiest than this, which you all decided to be the impossible one. Now anyone can do after seeing how it happens.”
Nothing is impossible, It just needs perseverance, self confidence & passion.

ये कविता समर्पित है सिक्किम की सुन्दर घाटियों के बीच से निकलती तीस्ता नदी के लिए ,नदी जिसे हमारे देश में माँ का दर्जा  देते हैं क्योंकि ये निस्वार्थ होकर हम सबका ख्याल रखती है। जहाँ से ये गुज़रती हैं वह सब हरा भरा बना देती हैं। सबकी प्यास बुझाती हुई ,पंछियों के कलरव को जीवित  रखती हुई ,किसानो की थकावट मिटाके उनकी मेहनत को उनके चेहरे की हसीं बनाती हुई बहती है। जब मैंने तीस्ता माँ को उन घुमावदार और विषम रास्तों से स्वच्छंदता से बहते हुए देखा तब ऐसा लगा  तुम बस अपने आपको बिना बदले अडिगता से बढ़ते रहो रास्ते कैसे भी हो मंज़िल आपकी आपको ज़रूर मिलेगी।   लेकिन इस कविता में मैंने उनके सौंदर्य और मनभावन गुणों को शब्दों में उकेरने की कोशिश की है।   अगर आपको महसूस हो तीस्ता माँ का ममता भरा बहाव तो सूचित अवश्य करें।  दिनकर जैसे ओज से निकली ,वो मस्ती और मौज से निकली।  बहती तीस्ता लगती जैसे ,बेटी पिता की गोद से निकली।  बलखाती ,इतराती ,इठलाती ,अविरल बहती जाती।  चलो मेरे संग मस्ती भरके ,जैसे  कहती जाती।  कही...
